Last Updated: 28/03/2026

  1. Introduction:
    Welcome to HUJI Crowd, the crowdfunding platform of The Hebrew University of Jerusalem (the “University” or “HUJI”), accessible through the relevant website, webpages, donation pages, campaign pages, related digital interfaces, and any associated tools, features, and services made available by HUJI from time to time (collectively, the “Platform”).
    These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) constitute a binding legal agreement between you and HUJI and govern your access to and use of the Platform, including, without limitation browsing the Platform, viewing or sharing campaigns, making donations, registering for an account or personal area, where applicable; participating in the Ambassador feature and receiving updates, communications, or campaign-related benefits made available through the Platform.
    By accessing or using the Platform in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and by HUJI’s Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference and forms an integral part of these Terms.
    If you do not agree to these Terms, in whole or in part, you must immediately cease using the Platform and refrain from making any donation, registering, uploading content, participating in any campaign, or otherwise using the Platform.
    For the avoidance of doubt, these Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including donors, visitors, registered users, Ambassadors, and any person interacting with the Platform in connection with HUJI campaigns.
  2. Nature of the Platform and HUJI’s Role
    HUJI Crowd is an institutional crowdfunding platform operated by HUJI for the purpose of presenting and facilitating support for fundraising campaigns that have been reviewed, approved, published, and managed under HUJI’s institutional framework.
    Campaigns may be presented through or in connection with HUJI faculties, schools, departments, centres, institutes, clinics, programs, research groups, alumni bodies, development offices, student initiatives, or other authorised University units. However, all such campaigns are offered within HUJI’s institutional framework and not as independently operated third-party fundraising pages.
    Accordingly, HUJI operates and administers the Platform, determines, at its sole discretion, which campaigns may appear on the Platform, and may remove, suspend, modify, postpone, or terminate any campaign, page, feature, or functionality at any time. HUJI retains the right to determine the manner in which campaign information is displayed, described, promoted, and administered; donations made through the Platform are made to support HUJI and/or HUJI-approved institutional purposes, subject to HUJI’s applicable policies and operational constraints.
    The Platform is not a peer-to-peer marketplace and is not intended to serve as a neutral hosting service for unrelated or independently controlled fundraisers.
  3. Eligibility and Capacity to Use the Platform
    You may use the Platform only if you are legally permitted to do so under applicable law and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
    Without derogating from the generality of the foregoing, by using the Platform you represent and warrant that you are at least eighteen (18) years old, or otherwise possess full legal capacity under applicable law. You are using the Platform for lawful purposes only, and all information you provide to HUJI, the Platform, or any payment processor in connection with the Platform is true, accurate, current, and complete and you will maintain the accuracy of such information, where relevant. Your use of the Platform will not violate any applicable law, regulation, contractual restriction, or third-party right.
    HUJI reserves the right, at any time and in its sole discretion, to deny access to the Platform or any part thereof to any person who does not meet the foregoing requirements or who HUJI reasonably believes may expose HUJI, the Platform, or any other user to legal, operational, reputational, or security risk.
  4. Types of Users
    The Platform may be used by different categories of users, including the following:
    4.1 Visitors
    Individuals who browse the Platform, campaign pages, informational pages, or related content without registering for an account or making a donation.
    4.2 Donors
    Individuals or entities who make financial contributions through the Platform in support of campaigns published thereon.
    4.3 Registered Users
    Certain services, features, or areas of the Platform may require account creation, login credentials, or access to a personal area. HUJI may enable such registration for some categories of users, at its sole discretion.
    4.4 Ambassadors
    Certain users may be allowed to register as campaign supporters, advocates, or “Ambassadors” and to use dedicated tools made available by HUJI in order to help share, publicise, and encourage support for specific campaigns through their own networks and contacts, all subject to these Terms and any additional rules or program conditions HUJI may issue from time to time.
    HUJI may introduce additional user categories, roles, permissions, or access levels at any time.
  5. Registration, User Accounts, and Access Credentials
    Certain functionalities of the Platform may require registration or creation of an account. Where registration is required, you agree to provide only accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.
    If you create an account or receive login credentials, you are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and other access credentials, as well as restricting access to your device, account, and authentication means. all activities occurring under your account, whether or not authorised by you, unless and until you notify HUJI of unauthorised use and HUJI has had a reasonable opportunity to act.
    You must notify HUJI promptly if you know or suspect that your credentials have been lost, stolen, or compromised; your account has been accessed without authorisation, and any unauthorised use has occurred in connection with the Platform. HUJI may, but is under no obligation to, implement additional identity verification, password reset procedures, access restrictions, session controls, or technical protections.
    HUJI reserves the right to suspend, block, reclaim, or terminate any account, username, or login credential at any time, including where HUJI believes that the account information is inaccurate or misleading, the account is being used in breach of these Terms, the account poses security, privacy, fraud, compliance, or reputational concerns and continued access is no longer operationally, legally, or institutionally appropriate.
  6. Donations; Nature of Donations
    The Platform enables users to make donations in support of HUJI campaigns. All donations made through the Platform are voluntary. Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing by HUJI, donations made through the Platform are made to HUJI and/or for HUJI-approved institutional purposes, and are not investments and do not entitle the donor to equity, ownership, control rights, or governance rights in HUJI, in any campaign, or in any project; do not create a partnership, agency, employment, fiduciary, or similar relationship between the donor and HUJI, and do not entitle the donor to dictate the manner in which HUJI uses donated funds, except to the extent HUJI expressly undertakes to do so.
    Campaign descriptions are intended to provide information regarding the campaign’s purpose and related University activity. However, campaign descriptions, targets, schedules, impact examples, anticipated outcomes, and budget references are informational in nature and may be updated, modified, delayed, or affected by operational, legal, academic, institutional, financial, scientific, or other circumstances.
    In certain campaigns, a minimum fundraising threshold or condition may apply.
    Where such a condition is not met, HUJI may cancel the campaign and return the donated amounts to donors using the original payment method, subject to applicable law and technical feasibility.
    HUJI does not guarantee that any campaign will achieve a specific target amount, produce a particular result, proceed within a particular timeframe, or continue unchanged after publication.
    Donations may be subject to transaction fees, payment processing charges, operational costs, or other applicable deductions associated with the operation of the Platform. By making a donation, you acknowledge and agree that such amounts may be deducted from the donated funds, in accordance with HUJI’s policies and applicable practices.
    HUJI reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse, reject, cancel, or reverse any donation, or to restrict a user’s ability to make donations. This includes situations where HUJI reasonably determines that the information provided is inaccurate or misleading, the transaction could be unlawful, unauthorized, or fraudulent, the use of the Platform violates these Terms or applicable laws, or there are operational, compliance, or security considerations that necessitate such action.
  7. Allocation and Use of Donated Funds
    Donations made through the Platform will be used by HUJI in accordance with the relevant campaign purpose, subject to applicable law, University policy, donor restrictions accepted by HUJI, operational feasibility, and institutional needs.
    Without limiting the foregoing, HUJI may determine how funds are received, booked, held, allocated, disbursed, and administratively managed. If a campaign is completed, paused, withdrawn, overfunded, undersubscribed, or otherwise materially changed, HUJI may redirect the funds to the same campaign, a substantially similar initiative, or another related institutional purpose, as reasonably determined by HUJI; HUJI may deduct or account for applicable transaction costs, payment processing charges, required taxes, compliance costs, or other operational expenses connected to the donation process, where relevant.
    Nothing in these Terms shall be interpreted as creating an obligation on HUJI to implement any campaign exactly as described or within a particular period, provided that HUJI acts within its institutional discretion and in accordance with applicable law.
  8. Payment Processing
    Donations and other permitted transactions conducted through the Platform may be processed through third-party payment service providers, gateways, processors, or acquiring services, including Stripe and/or other payment providers used by HUJI from time to time.
    By submitting payment information through the Platform, you acknowledge and agree that payment processing is performed by third-party service providers and not directly by HUJI; such providers may apply their own terms, privacy practices, technical requirements, authentication measures, fraud checks, chargeback procedures, compliance mechanisms, and geographic restrictions.
    HUJI does not store full payment card numbers in its own systems, except for limited transaction-related data as described in the Privacy Policy and as operationally necessary. HUJI is entitled to transmit relevant transaction and donor information to such providers to the extent required to process the donation, comply with law, prevent fraud, issue receipts, or support donor administration.
    You represent and warrant that any payment method you use is valid and that you are duly authorised to use it.
    HUJI may refuse, block, cancel, or delay any transaction where HUJI or the payment processor believes that the transaction may be unauthorised, unlawful, fraudulent, technically invalid, non-compliant, chargeback-prone, or otherwise inappropriate.
    By making a donation, you acknowledge that HUJI may send you transactional and service-related communications (including donation confirmations and campaign updates). Marketing communications will be sent in accordance with applicable law and your preferences, as described in the Privacy Policy.
  9. Receipts, Tax Status, and U.S.-Related Tax Considerations
    HUJI may issue acknowledgements, receipts, confirmations, or donation records in accordance with its policies and applicable law.
    You acknowledge that tax treatment, including tax deductibility, depends on the legal structure through which the donation is made, the donor’s jurisdiction, the identity of the receiving entity, and other applicable legal and tax rules.
    In particular, for users located in the United States or making donations connected to U.S. tax considerations:
    • not all donations made through or in connection with the Platform are necessarily tax-deductible in the United States;
    • eligibility for tax deduction may depend on whether the donation is processed through or by a U.S.-recognised charitable entity, where applicable;
    • The value of any Perks or benefits may reduce or affect the tax-deductible portion of a donation, where relevant.
    HUJI does not provide tax, accounting, or legal advice to donors. Each donor is solely responsible for consulting their own professional advisors regarding the tax and legal consequences of any donation.
  10. Refunds, Cancellations, Reversals and Chargebacks
    A donor may request to cancel a donation using the contact methods provided on the Platform, including via email alumnifriends@savion.huji.ac.il ,
    Telephone +9722-58804804
    or any designated online cancellation mechanism.
    HUJI will process cancellation requests in accordance with applicable law and its internal procedures.
    Without derogating from the foregoing, if a campaign-related benefit (“Perk”) has already been provided, the donor may be required to return such Perk as a condition for cancellation. The donor acknowledges that cancellation may be subject to processing fees or charges imposed by payment providers.
    As a general rule, HUJI may not be able to cancel or refund a donation where the donation has already been fully processed, settled, or transferred; the funds have already been allocated or used for the relevant campaign or institutional purpose and cancellation is no longer reasonably feasible from an operational, legal, or accounting perspective.
    HUJI reserves the right to review each cancellation request based on its specific circumstances and to determine, in accordance with applicable law, whether a refund can be granted.
    Where a donor initiates a chargeback or payment dispute, HUJI reserves the right to provide relevant transaction data and take appropriate measures to protect its rights.
  11. Campaign Benefits, Recognition, and Perks
    Certain campaigns may offer non-monetary benefits, acknowledgements, products, services, invitations, symbolic recognition, or other campaign-related items or experiences in connection with donations (collectively, “Perks”).
    Perks, if offered, are subject to the following:
    • Perks are campaign-specific and may be subject to eligibility criteria, donation thresholds, quantity limits, location restrictions, availability constraints, or time limitations.
    • Perks are offered as part of campaign engagement and donor recognition and do not convert the donation into a conventional retail purchase. Perks are provided as ancillary benefits and do not constitute consideration, contractual entitlement, or a sale of goods or services.
    • HUJI may modify, replace, limit, postpone, or cancel a Perk at any time due to availability, operational constraints, changes in the campaign, compliance requirements, force majeure, supplier issues, shipping restrictions, institutional policy, academic scheduling, health and safety considerations, or other reasonable causes.
    • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Perks are provided “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, or suitability.
    • Where Perks involve third-party providers, delivery partners, guest speakers, vendors, service providers, or campaign teams, HUJI does not guarantee their performance and is not responsible for their independent acts or omissions, except as required by law.
    If a donor is eligible for a Perk, the donor is responsible for providing accurate fulfilment information, including shipping address, delivery details, contact details, and any other requested information. HUJI is not responsible for failed delivery, loss, delay, or non-fulfilment caused by incorrect donor information or by circumstances beyond HUJI’s reasonable control.
    HUJI does not guarantee the quality, availability, or delivery of any Perk and shall not be responsible for delays, changes, or failures in fulfilment, including where such Perks are provided by third parties or campaign operators.
    Where applicable, the value of any Perk may reduce the tax-deductible portion of a donation, and donors are responsible for determining the applicable tax treatment.
  12. Ambassador Program
    HUJI may enable an Ambassador feature, program, or related tools through which certain registered users may help support and promote campaigns.
    12.1 Nature of the Ambassador Role
    Ambassadors act only as voluntary supporters or advocates of HUJI campaigns. Unless HUJI expressly states otherwise in writing, Ambassadors are not employees of HUJI, officers, agents, trustees, representatives, or spokespersons of HUJI, professional fundraisers or professional solicitors acting on HUJI’s behalf, and are not authorised to make legal, financial, tax, academic, or institutional representations on behalf of HUJI.
    No Ambassador may bind HUJI in any contract, undertaking, statement, warranty, or obligation.
    12.2 Registration and Access
    HUJI may require Ambassadors to register, provide identifying details, create login credentials, and use the Ambassador tools only through an authenticated account. HUJI may accept, reject, suspend, limit, or revoke Ambassador status at any time and for any reason, including operational, legal, compliance, security, reputational, or institutional concerns.
    12.3 Ambassador Conduct
    Ambassadors commit to promoting campaigns with integrity, responsibility, and adherence to legal requirements. They will use only HUJI-approved or verifiably accurate campaign information and avoid making false, misleading, exaggerated, or unauthorized statements. Ambassadors shall comply with all relevant laws regarding communications, privacy, anti-spam, consumer protection, and fundraising. Furthermore, they must promptly discontinue any activity upon HUJI’s instruction.
    12.4 Prohibited Ambassador Conduct
    Without limiting the foregoing, Ambassadors must not:
    • impersonate HUJI, any HUJI unit, employee, donor, or other person;
    • represent themselves as legally authorised HUJI agents or official spokespersons unless expressly authorised in writing;
    • use unlawful, deceptive, abusive, harassing, discriminatory, or spam-based outreach methods;
    • upload, scrape, harvest, import, or otherwise process third-party personal data through the Platform without a lawful basis and without express permission where required;
    • use automated scripts, bots, or mass messaging tools in connection with the Platform unless expressly authorised;
    • make promises regarding tax treatment, refunds, campaign outcomes, or Perk delivery;
    • use the Ambassador feature for personal commercial gain, unless HUJI expressly permits a specific arrangement in writing.
    12.5 Responsibility and Liability
    Ambassadors are solely responsible for their own conduct, statements, communications, contacts, and compliance with law. HUJI shall not be liable, whether based on contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, statutory duty, or any other legal theory, for any act, omission, statement, message, solicitation, privacy breach, or unlawful communication made by an Ambassador.
    HUJI may monitor, restrict, suspend, or remove Ambassador access and may invalidate referral credit, campaign association, or related metrics where HUJI believes misuse has occurred.
  13. User Content, Social Sharing, and Public Communications
    The Platform may permit or facilitate the submission, posting, sharing, transmission, or display of content, including comments, messages, donor notes, testimonials, campaign-related statements, social shares, images, graphics, text, or other materials (“User Content”).
    By submitting or sharing User Content, you represent and warrant that you own or control all rights necessary to submit such content; your content does not infringe any intellectual property, privacy, confidentiality, publicity, contractual, or other right of any third party; your content is lawful, accurate, and not misleading, and your content does not contain malware, unlawful promotions, defamatory material, threats, hate speech, or prohibited content.
    You acknowledge that certain content submitted through or in connection with the Platform may be public or capable of being shared, copied, displayed, indexed, or distributed by others.
    By submitting User Content, you grant HUJI a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable right and license to use, host, store, reproduce, display, communicate, publish, distribute, adapt, excerpt, translate, and otherwise exploit such content for purposes related to operating, promoting, improving, documenting, or archiving the Platform and HUJI’s activities, subject to applicable law and the Privacy Policy.
    HUJI may, but is not obligated to, review, monitor, remove, refuse, edit, or restrict any User Content at any time.
  14. Permitted Use and Prohibited Use of the Platform
    You may use the Platform only for lawful purposes and only in accordance with these Terms.
    You shall not, directly or indirectly:
    • use the Platform in violation of any law, regulation, court order, or third-party right;
    • upload false, deceptive, or misleading content or information;
    • attempt to bypass, disable, or interfere with security features, authentication mechanisms, rate limits, or technical restrictions;
    • reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, scrape, data-mine, or otherwise attempt to derive source code, underlying structure, or protected data from the Platform, except as expressly permitted by mandatory law;
    • use bots, crawlers, scripts, or automated methods to access, copy, or monitor the Platform without prior written authorisation;
    • transmit malicious code, viruses, worms, or other harmful technologies;
    • overload, disrupt, or degrade the Platform’s functioning;
    • use the Platform to infringe rights, harass persons, collect data unlawfully, or distribute unlawful or harmful material;
    • circumvent campaign restrictions, donation limits, Perk eligibility rules, or access controls;
    • use the Platform for unrelated commercial exploitation or unauthorised publicity.
    HUJI reserves all rights to investigate suspected misconduct and to take any action it deems appropriate.
  15. Intellectual Property Rights
    The Platform, including its design, layout, text, branding, software, code, interfaces, compilations, graphics, logos, trademarks, service marks, functionality, campaign page structure, and all related intellectual property rights, is owned by HUJI and/or its licensors, except where expressly stated otherwise.
    Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, license, or interest in or to the Platform or any intellectual property therein, except for the limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Platform for its intended lawful purposes.
    You may not copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, republish, frame, mirror, distribute, license, sell, exploit, or create derivative works from the Platform or its content; moreover, you may not remove proprietary notices, branding, legends, or markings and/or use HUJI names, logos, trade dress, or marks without prior written authorization.
    All goodwill arising from any permitted use of HUJI’s intellectual property shall inure solely to HUJI.
  16. Privacy and Data Protection
    Your use of the Platform is subject to the Privacy Policy, which describes how HUJI collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects personal data.
    By using the Platform, you acknowledge that personal data may be processed as described in the Privacy Policy. Payment-related information may be processed by third-party payment providers. Users, especially Ambassadors, must themselves comply with applicable privacy and communications laws when interacting with others in connection with the Platform.
    Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under mandatory privacy or data protection laws.
  17. Third-Party Links, and External Resources
    The Platform may integrate with, redirect to, or otherwise rely upon third-party services, websites, payment tools, plugins, hosting providers, social media services, analytics tools, vendors, or content sources (“Third-Party Links”).
    HUJI does not control and is not responsible for the content, availability, legality, security, or performance of third-party Links, the privacy practices or terms of any third-party links and/or any third-party links errors, failures, interruptions, payment issues, or external content and any loss or damage arising from your reliance on or interaction with any third-party links.
    Your use of third-party links may be subject to separate terms and policies between you and the relevant provider.
  18. Disclaimer of Warranties
    To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Platform and all content, services, campaigns, Perks, features, communications, and related materials are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties, guarantees, or representations of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise.
    Without limiting the foregoing, HUJI disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, availability, uninterrupted use, accuracy, reliability, security, and freedom from errors, viruses, or defects.
    HUJI does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times or without interruption, any campaign will remain available or unchanged, any donation will produce a specific outcome, any Perk will be available, delivered, or satisfactory, and any content will be error-free or complete; the Platform will be compatible with all devices, browsers, operating systems, or jurisdictions.
    Some jurisdictions may not allow the exclusion of certain warranties; in such cases, the foregoing exclusions shall apply to the maximum extent permitted by law.
  19. Limitation of Liability
    To the maximum extent permitted by law, HUJI, its governors, trustees, officers, faculty members, employees, agents, representatives, suppliers, service providers, affiliates, and related bodies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, exemplary, or aggravated damages, including loss of profits, loss of opportunity, loss of data, loss of goodwill, reputational harm, business interruption, or procurement of substitute services, arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of, or inability to use, the Platform, any campaign, donation, Perk, or Ambassador activity, any content or User Content, third-party links or payment providers, unauthorized access, fraud, data breach, or system failure, except as otherwise required by law and any decision you make in reliance on content available through the Platform.
    Without limiting the foregoing, HUJI shall not be liable for any claims arising out of or relating to donations made through the Platform, campaign outcomes or performance, Perks, including their availability, quality, delivery, or fulfilment, or
    actions or omissions of Ambassadors or third parties.
    Without derogating from the foregoing, to the extent HUJI is found liable notwithstanding the above, HUJI’s total cumulative liability arising out of or relating to the Platform shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the amount actually donated by you through the Platform in the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim; or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars (USD 100), unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
    Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.
  20. Indemnification
    You agree, at your expense, to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless HUJI, its governors, trustees, officers, faculty members, employees, agents, service providers, contractors, affiliated entities, and related persons from and against any and all claims, including any third-party claims, demands, actions, proceedings, liabilities, judgments, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees and legal costs) arising out of or related to your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Platform, your violation of any law or third-party right, your User Content, your communications or interactions with other persons in connection with the Platform, your conduct as an Ambassador, including any communications, representations, or outreach activities carried out by you, your misuse of personal data, contact details, or campaign materials and any unauthorized collection, use, or sharing of personal data or contact information.
    HUJI reserves the right, at its own expense, to assume exclusive defence and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you, and in such case, you agree to cooperate fully with HUJI.
  21. Suspension, Restriction, and Termination
    HUJI may, at any time and in its sole discretion, with or without notice, suspend, restrict, disable, or terminate your access to the Platform, any account, any campaign feature, the Ambassador tools, or any related functionality, including where HUJI believes that you have violated these Terms, information you provided is inaccurate, misleading, or incomplete, your conduct creates legal, technical, privacy, fundraising, compliance, security, or reputational risk, continued access is not operationally feasible or institutionally appropriate and HUJI is required or advised to do so by law, policy, court order, regulator, payment processor, or security considerations.
    Termination or suspension does not relieve you of obligations accrued prior to the effective date of such action, including payment obligations, indemnification duties, or liability for prior misconduct.
    Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including provisions relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, governing law, and dispute resolution.
  22. Changes to the Platform and to These Terms
    HUJI may modify, update, suspend, discontinue, or replace the Platform, any campaign, any feature, any payment flow, any eligibility criterion, the Ambassador program, or any related service at any time, with or without notice.
    HUJI may also amend these Terms from time to time. The updated version shall become effective on the date stated at the top of the Terms, unless otherwise specified. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
    Where applicable law requires additional notice or consent in connection with a particular change, HUJI will act in accordance with such law.
  23. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
    These Terms, and any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to the Platform, these Terms, any donation, any Perk, or any associated relationship between you and HUJI, shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
    The competent courts in the Jerusalem District, Israel, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or the Platform, and you hereby irrevocably submit to such jurisdiction and venue.
    Nothing in this section shall prevent HUJI from seeking urgent, interim, injunctive, or equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its rights, systems, data, reputation, or property.
  24. Miscellaneous
    These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional policies or notices expressly incorporated herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and HUJI with respect to the Platform and supersede prior understandings relating thereto.
    If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect, and the invalid provision shall be interpreted, to the extent possible, in a manner consistent with its original purpose and applicable law.
    No failure or delay by HUJI in exercising any right, power, or remedy under these Terms shall operate as a waiver thereof.
    You may not assign, transfer, delegate, or sublicense any of your rights or obligations under these Terms without HUJI’s prior written consent. HUJI may assign or transfer its rights and obligations under these Terms as part of its institutional operations, restructuring, delegation of operations, or service arrangements.
    These Terms may be translated for convenience. In the event of inconsistency, the version designated by HUJI as the governing version shall prevail, subject to applicable law.
    Section headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.
